About

The method has not changed in over three decades. Only the size of the room.

I ask. I listen. Then I am straight about the decisions, and about getting them done. I have worked this way for a long time, with very different companies, and it has always been the same work underneath.

Karola Noack

The through line

I started my first company at twenty four. As a co founder, I helped build companies to around five million in revenue. I designed the systems and structures behind large organisations. In recent years I moved deeper into financial clarity, because so much of what slows a company down eventually becomes visible in the numbers.

Different industries. Different sizes. The same pattern every time. I became the person who brought structure where there was friction, who asked the questions no one had asked, and who made sure the decisions were actually made.

How I work

I do not arrive with a framework and a verdict. I follow the question until the real issue becomes visible. I speak about situations, never about people. And I stay until the decision is made, because a plan no one owns is not a plan.

A consultant hands you a deck and leaves. A coach asks the questions and waits. I do neither, and both. I ask the right questions, and I know the numbers. Then we decide.

What I am not

I am not a motivational coach, and I am not a classic management consultancy. I do get into the real work, the numbers, the structure, the operations. But always through a strategic lens, never as a task you rent by the hour. I work where complexity, uncertainty and important decisions meet, and where a founder needs a clear, senior partner to think alongside.

What I want for the founder I work with

I know what it means to build a company. The nights you cannot sleep. The weight you carry that you cannot hand to anyone. I have great respect for that, and I do not take it lightly when a founder opens up to me.

If you leave a conversation with me seeing your business more clearly, and carrying the next decision a little more lightly, then the work has done what it should.
